You play as Anton Weber, cover identity of Anon Ziegler, inserted into Moscow by Keller’s department under forged protocols for a secret German–Soviet specialist exchange.
The facility beneath the city is developing HIM-S — Human Interface Modification System. It connects a living brain to an interface and allows operators to alter psyche: affect, memory, compliance. You are not briefed in full. You learn it the way the people inside learn it: rooms, terms, the way a colleague comes back from calibration slightly wrong.
If the operation holds, Frankfurt is waiting with a new identity and a rich civilian life. If it does not, there is no civilian life.
Your supervisor is the face of the regime in that building. Uniform first. Then, over a long stretch of days, a person. Protocol forbids names, private meetings, and honesty. The story is what happens when those rules start to fail from both sides.
This is not a branching romance with a sunrise flag. The current build authorizes one ending.
